How to connect samsung corbyII to PC?

Hello friend,
Can anyone help me out...?
I am facing problem in connecting samsung corby-II mobile to pc using kies.
after installing kies in PC when i plug my mobile to PC using data cable, PC searching for new hardware looking for MTP device. what to do...???
because of this mobile is not displayed in Kies which shows "device not connected" even though it is connected..
what is MTP device
how to solve it..???? :-(

else if anyone use corbyII pls guide me how to get connected with PC.
