Vlc player for fedora 9 offline installation

Hello,
i am in need your help in installing the vlc player on my fedora 9 desktop
my dektop dont have internet connection.. i like to install it by downloading the software and all dependencies
please guide me for the list of dependencies and their loactions for vlc over fedora 9
and installation commands.

Configuration: fedora(2.6.25-14.fc9.i686)
intel 64 bit hardware
