Header and footer doesnt print in MS Word

Hello,

I have a user here who has changed some setting in her ms word (i think its office 2002), and now when she prints documents, the header and footer doesnt print. they dont show in the print preview either.

her pc is in German so im having difficulty finding anything to look for.

any help is appreciated highly.
