Most burning software have options to create a bootable disk. One problem with that approach is that you can't backup the old BIOS in case something goes wrong. I suggest you install a floppy or if your BIOS allows use an external floppy. Internal is best. Hardwired into the BIOS, so to speak. The less things that can go wrong the better. Why do you wish to flash your BIOS anyway? If your computer is running fine don't do it. |
