Flash 10 problem

Hello, I installed Flash 10 UB.dmg and since Flash 9 won't work on my power pc with MaxOSX, is there nothing I can do to make my Fancast and The Fan work with my Comcast.net? I've tried contacting Comcast but they keep telling me to install Flash 9 which I've seen on discussion forum previously that it won't work on a power pc. So is my only option to use other website videos for my news? I think I'm just stuck but wanted to ask.
Sorry but I'm not computer saavy and need simple step by step info if you have some other install. thanks.
