unable to connect printer from xp to 7Closed

Hello, 

i have 12 systems in lan networking which 11 system in windows XP and 1 systems windows 7 on the windows 7 have printer and also i installed the symantec cloud antivirus

i m unable to take the print out from xp to windows 7 its show that unable to connect but if i go to windows 7 and take the remote desktop connection from the 7 to xp then it print is coming 

Please help me in this

Make sure you have the correct printer drivers for the windows 7 machine.

PCL 6 works well with vista and windows 7. 

go onto the manfacturers website and go to their support/downloads page and find your product.
