hello sir am manoj my windows firewall takes time to come ,,so wot shld i probably do for it plz suggest me as soon as possible.....actually i asked about this to many of them they told me to format the system ,,,,,is this a right way to solve this problem plz reply soon.

I am going to assume that you mean that your firewall activates very slowly? If that's the case, you might try de-fragmenting you hard disk to see it that helps. If your system has gotten really sluggish, then perhaps the best thing to do would be to back up your important files and re-install windows. If you don't want to do that, or can't at the present because time presses, then I suggest you download a third-party firewall like Zone Alarm, install it, and deactivate your windows firewall.

If it's hanging your whole system, then it is broken. Deactivate it and go with another firewall.
