Attaching signature in Outlook

Hello,


Can anyone be so kind as to describe how I can automatically attach signatures to Outlook messages that are sent from other Office Software such as Excel, or recommend a third party application if necessary.

The image is a screenshot which I hope describes the situation I want to achieve. Trying to send an xls worksheet from Excel using the 'send as email' feature. However my normal Outlook signature isn't there.#

im wanting to add a file (a picture of my logo) as my signature sign off.. but it keeps coming up as if you can't see it with that red cross..
