Ethernet driver

Hello,


Vista froze up so i reinstalled it. I lost the driver's to my ethernet card which is built in. I've tried ASUS web site, who produced the motherboard. No good. Had no drivers for vista to match 3com card. Then i thought to buy a PCI ethernet card but can not find one that will state that it can work with vista. What's next?

You need to go to the system properties, hardware manager. See the details of the adapter. It should show an icon to show you it isn't working. See the details. See a line like this.
