Wink, emoticon, background & skins dissappear

I installed one Windows live messenger 9.0 beta & WLM plus for WLM 2009 for my new notebook. After finishing the installation all my collections of emoticons, winks, background, & skins are not there. it's not that they are not shown. they are just not there.
then i uninstalled the WLM and installed the one that's the same as in my old notebook, windows live messenger 8.5 & windows live messenger plus 4.7. still, they aren't there. please help me how to get them back? why they are not there?

Firefox 3.0.4
