Problem in my sound system

Hello,
i have clone pc. recently i install windows xp, my sound system not working. if i press advanced volume control...active mixer devices not available ...message come....what can i do? pls help

Did the motherboard come with a CD? if not, what is the name and model number for the MB? You can go to the MB wewb page and download the drivers you need.
