Samsung impression touch screen stopped

Hello, my samsung impression screen has recently started acting up on me. before it was a few color changes and now the whole touch screen has stopped working. ive tried turning it off and turning it back on but nothing has changed. is there a way to fix this?

Its a hardware issue,send to repair center to have it fixed.
