Problem in regsvr.exe file

Hello,
friends..
every 5 minutes my system is restarted and it shows "windows cannot access regsvr.exe file".what is it?how to solve this problem?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.20

Repair your windows using your cd or reformat your HDD!

Regsvr.exe file is a virus. In order to removte the startup error message you need to change a registry value using registry editor. the solution in detailed steps with screen shots is given in the site below:
