Downloaded Super anti-spyware and have popups

Hello,
I came to this site and find out about super anti spyware because my computer was going crazy with the desktop disappearing and then flashing. My computer was pretty messed up! Alot of people suggested to download this program so I figured I would and I was glad that I did. I t worked, however, I have a problem whenever I click on any icon or open any folder a message pops up on the screen that says bad image with an X and gives a message in the box "The application or DLL C: \WINDOWS\system32\lwuajm.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check ithis against your installation diskette." the only part that changes is the LWUAJM.DLL then i have to click on the ok button about 4 or 5 times to make it go away. What is this and how can I get STEP by STEP instructions to make it go away. PLease help. Thanks!
