Unable to sign hotmail account

Hello,
my account has been blocked & they requested to change my old passward to new password I did again hotmail has send code number to enter I did still my hotmail unable to open please help me to open my account thanks

Codes are case sensitive. Ensure you copy the code exactly, upper case and lower case letters, spacing, etc.
