How to increase torrent download speed

Hello,

i am suresh, i am having 2mbps internet connection from bsnl,
i hardly get 200kbps speed if torrent seeds are high,
please suggest me in detail how to increase 15-20 seeded and equal peered torrents in which i get 30-50kbps fluctuating download speed...
are there any torrent or internet settings which can make my speed getting enhanced
