Hello,
Did you format recently your hard drive? If yes, you need to re-install windows with a bootable cd or you can see if your hard drive is detected by the bios:
Go to the BIOS --> Make sure hard disk is detected in the BIOS -- > Set your first boot device as "Hard disk" --> Save the settings and exit from the BIOS.
