Blue blank screen when i turn my pc on!!

Hello,
i have windows xp was working fine, but know when i turn it on all i get is a blnak blue screen i assumed it was a video card error but i replaced the vidoe card and still nothing?????????? am i overlookin something? please help me out with some other insight!

Is it your monitor that goes all blue or the Windows screen itself?

I need more info.....

Does your Monitor Or LCD make a Bluescreen or does it go blue once windows start booting? If there is no activity on the screen, and you replaced the video card already then your motherboard is faulty,
if your motherboard however makes any beeps when you turn on the computer then the problem is most likely your memory(Ram) OR a device inside is not connecting properly, is faulty or is plugged in the wrong way...
if you dont know IT dont try to fix it yourself seek help from a technician...
