Error Massage in Nsfp Undercover

Hello,When i try to Start the Game it shows "nfs.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for inconvenience."

My Computer System:

Operating System: Window xp sp1
Processor:Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual Cpu E2180 @ 3.00GHZ (2Cpus)
Memory:2046 RAM
Video Card:NVIDIA Geforce 9400GT
Total Memory:1GB

Configuration: Windows XP

Is the game an original one or a pirated one?
