How to form a cluster of servers with same ip

Hello,
i want to form a cluster of servers where all the servers have the same ipaddress.so that from the point of view of clients computers it will appear as a single server.(single system image).The client who needs access to any file stored on any of the servers can access it with that single ipaddress and need not know the actual server on which it is located.This i need to do as a part of my project..so plz anyone reply me soon and help me.
