Hello,

I wonder if someone could help me.

I have an Excel database with dates in one column, then names in the next, tasks in the third column. The dates are set on imputting the information a date in the future, say in 10 days time. Please does someone know how to automatically send a Microsoft Outlook email to a named person if the task date is not met.

Also, I would like a column to countdown as the calander date gets nearer to the time the task has to be completed.

Your help would be very much appreciated.
