Change Windows XP welcome screen

Hello, I would like to know how to change the Windows XP welcome Screen Background and NOT the Login screen background. does anyone know how?
I Remind that it the welcome screen and NOT the Login screen.

Configuration: Windows XP
Cometbird 3.0.5

Maybe you can use the "Tune Up Utilities 2007" for this one. Ive done it with my laptop, i changed the xp bootscreen to alienware boot sceen.Hope this could help.

Start > RUN > type in the following > REGEDIT

1) Navigate to:

HKEY USERS\ .DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

2) Double click the wallpaper value, and type in the full path of your image and the filename.

3) To tile the image set "TileWallPaper" to 1

4) To Stretch the wallpaper set "WallPaperStyle" to 2

5) Close the registry editor and the changes will take place when you Log off.
