Problem with the bluetooth mouse

Hello,
i have the "microsoft bluetooth notebook mouse 5000 v1" and i can't make my notebook see it, the led indicator on the notebook for bluetooth is in the state off. please somebody give me a tip so i can have my sweetlitle mouse running. thank you very much

you need to activate it.
go to control panel,
select Bluetooth devices
and activate it. then you need to do a search.
