Increase internet speed on airtel mobile conn

Hello,
Sir i use airtel prepaid mobile connection and it provide me 115.2kbps speed for internet using,
but sir problem is that when try to download anything it give me only 1.1 or maximum 4.5 kbps speed so sir i want that please give me suggestion that how i can solve this problem.

You have to get Internet Download Manager.When u install the software,u Will get 20-25kbps download speed.

but sir problem is that when try to download anything it give me only 3.5 or maximum 15.2 kbps speed so sir i want that please give me suggestion that how i can solve this problem.
