Latest flash plugin with intenet explorer

Hello,
i want to update my internet explorer with latest flash pugin..plz help
i tried on adobe ,they say that a flash plugin is installed succesfuly,but didnt work when i treid on youtube to see video,agin the same problem

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 8.0

Man, did you download Adobe Flash Player ActiveX for IE? If you haven't it, go download it in http://www.filehippo.com . I had this problem before, so i went in an internet-caffe to see the installed programs, and i saw this flash player activex. I hope this solved your problem.
