Hello,

Can someone help me? I have an Excel spreadsheet with multiple sheets. FYI, I have renamed the sheets (for example, Sheet1 is now "Calorie Intake"). I am keeping track of my calories on one sheet. In cell "C80", of Calorie Intake, I have a sum for all of the calories that I intake and I want to take the result of that cell and put it into another sheet (which I have renamed from Sheet2 to "Week 2 Intake"). I want to put the contents from Calorie Intake, Cell 80 and place/refer them into the sheet, in cell B3, which I renamed Week 2 Intake.

1) Is this possible?

2) What is this called?

3) What are the steps to do this?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.5

C,
Click the cell on your sheet two where you want to paste the information.
Type = (the equal sign), then click the tab at the bottom of your first sheet and click on the cell that has the data in it. Once you have clicked the appropriate cell, press your [Enter] key and the results will appear in the cell on your sheet two.
