A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." i have no clue what that means. is this something that i should take care of right away. i have norton 360 and it works fine but i dont know what this is. what should i do?

Internet Antivirus Pro is a scam. it is the duplicate of fake program called Personal Antivirus. remove these fake antivirus programs manually

The .exe file you've mentioned in your post belongs to Internet Antivirus Pro rogue security program. Once the main process is killed with task manager, it will restart in a couple of seconds. For more info see: http://www.pcindanger.com/internet-antivirus-pro-removal.html
