Is it possible to listen to AM/FM radio stations on a computer? How about record broadcasts?

Short answer - yes.
You'll need internet connection, preferably broadband, although dialup works okay (mostly). Streaming audio (radio) doesn't use much bandwidth or allocated monthly data. Next you'll need iTunes (for Win). It has built-in facility to play a large range of radio stations, many of them free ('tho you do get ads and promos). There's a big variety of music available, ranging from Alternative to Classical to Rock, and so on. |
