Statut : Not resolvedProblem with msn browser
great_0, on Monday April 28, 2008 01:44:51 AM I'm not sure about MSN, but I imagine it's just like AOL. So no, there is no way to connect without the client. That software acts as a client layer, over the networking layer built into windows. The ISP and the software share information special to that ISP. The regular windows dial-up networking doesn't know what to do with all that stuff. Really, if you're going to use IE... What's the point in paying for MSN? Surely you can find a cheaper ISP where you can use IE and Outlook instead of the proprietary software of MSN or AOL. Better yet, try cable modem or DSL... no dialing at all then.
