Need help to remove viruses

Hello, okay i have this blue screen that says warning spyware detected on your computer etc and its blue. I really need help on this because i tried everything and i don't even have a control pannel or all programs so I can't really do that much.Help is really much needed

Internet Explorer 6.0

Google "anti-virus removal forums" and ask for help there. This forum does not attract the type of users that can help you with this level problem.

Hello Ryan, it seems that your computer is infected by spywares/adware therefor you are getting security alerts and warnings messages. you should run a spyware scan and your pc and remove spywares/adwares found in your pc. i suggest SUPER ANTI SPYWARE (its free)
download and run

ir Super anti spyware dos,nt solve the problem than try Malware Bytes anti malware(its also free)

Or, go to the google and download another spyware/adware removal program
