Error 501 ??

Hello,

I have done all the set up for my wireless on my laptop but keep getting an error 501 message. What does that mean ?? My home computer connects fine but my laptop doesn't. I know it connects as I was able to get on from my parents place. What am I doing wrong here at home ? pleeeease can someone help me! Thank you!

Hi,

this error means that there is a problem with your Internet Explorer.

uninstall it,

download another IE form your desktop computer

and install it on your laptop.
