Hi,
this problem could be due if you have Automatic Restart activated!
Right-click My Computer > Properties.
On the Advanced tab, click "Settings" under "Startup and Recovery".
Uncheck the "Automatically restart" under System failure, and then click OK.

Hi, if you have read my story from 29.10.2009 you would know that did not work.
After the disactivation of the automatic restart I get the Blue screen.
Going out of the blue screen the cycle starts again.
Best regards
