Hello, i wrote an important paper in my firend's house. When i opened the document at home it was blank. when i tried opening it again , by using "recover from any file" it only showed me symbols and boxes. the document is doxc. in the beginning it would tell that "word experienced an error trying to open the file".how could i fix this? i need help asap. very important document

OK - I was thinking you were using a older version of Word that didn't support Word 2007 file types.
