Free internet access point number/name

Hello,
am using a motorola L7 and has a GPRS modem and whenever i try to cofigure it such that i can access the internet it requires the APN (access point name) so iam requesting for your help to solve that problem and i live in uganda. thanks.

Please when i get the APN from my network provider it is not for free it charges me alot of money i mean airtime so i asked for an APN i can use to have free internet access. thanks for your help and if possible i need more help
