good afternoon! I got a problem with my control panel. It will not open. I installed windows vista ultimate in my BRAND new laptop(Compaq presario CQ40). When I tried clicking the control panel it won't open. Same problem if i'll open(click) the Default setting Icon. How can I solve this problem sir?
Another thing. I installed the audio installer from HP's website. Everytime I'll shut down my laptop and then open it again the sound is gone. SO,I have to reinstall the driver. Thus,time ang again everytime ill open my laptop I have to reinstall the audio. By the way,if ill intall the driver a message will appear sayinng that.."c:\\Swsetup\SP39671\OEMSkin\Thumbs.db ACCESS DENIED. Thank you.
