My gmail account hasbeen disabled! please

Hello,
I have lost my gmail password,i was tried with old password to login but it was not opend,now it's throughing one error message you account has been disabled? could you please help me on this ..

My gmail account has been disable i want to enable but i don't know how can i get it again so please give me some comprehensive detail to recover it.

Hi all,
good news.. my gmail account has been enabled by the google team.
last thursday, i.e 07/05/09, my gmail account has been disabled. i have sent the open letter to google team giving all the information like, when i opened the gmail account, what all they have asked. i gave correct information, after that they have re-enabled my account. now i am able to access my old 10000 mails.

please any of your's gmail account has been disabled, send a filled security form to google team with all the information correctly. They will sure re-enable your account.

Hey ravi...i have filled the form bt m not sure all the information i have given is correct or not because i dont remember the date when i opened my gmail account ..its bit difficult to remember..but i know the month and year.and i have send the same.when will i get the information that my account has been activated again...till now i haven recieved any mail...plz help me and tell me the correct way to enable my account.waiting for ur reply....thank you

Please send me the url where i submit these information because i have original mail send by gmail when i sign in first, its have all security things here....
