Step one:go to search step two:type in SYSTEM RESTORE all of your data is stored at certain check points on your computer. On my com goes up to a month ago so just chose a date, probably the day before your data got erased, and restore it.I just looked at this to try to find out how to get back my lost data and ended up figuring it out on my own and thought id come back and help ya.

First u go to "start" and then "search" and make sure u choose to search all files and folders, that's how it works on my computer anyway. That's how it probably works on all windows computers.
