Need USB Controller / Video Controller Driver

Hello,
I just changed a friends Compaq Persario CQ-50-210US from vista to xp prof and I have found all the drivers except the USB controllers and the Video Controller VGA compatible. Also having a problem with the scroll down being jumpy. Also can't play DVDs. Could someone please e-mail me with some possible help? The system is a AMD Athlon X2 processor and nvidia drivers from what I can tell.

Anyone's help Greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0
