My ipod 6th generation has white screen!!!!!!

Hello,



My touch screen Ipod 6th generation has a white screen that doesn't want to go away I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING I held my home button down pressing the voulme down button, all it does is show the apple and then it goes back to the white screen! I HAVE POSSIBLY DONE EVERYTHING I have restored my Ipod someone please help me to fix this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
