Please help Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger.

Hello,
Please help, I literally know nothing about computers. A message keeps popping up on screen saying I have numerous viruses on my computer that are critical. Apparantly I need to buy an anti virus program that costs $90. The message says I am infected by Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger.
I have Norton Program on my computer and ran it last night, it checked tens of thousands and found nothing wrong.
How do I check my computer is ok and no-one is trying to steal my card and personal details as this message is telling me.
As I say my knowledge of computers is less than basic so any simple to follow help would be brilliant as at the moment I`m worrying and really dont know what to do.

Have you fixed your computer yet..i had same problem and fixed it in about 20 minutes. You have to do a system restore. this restores computer to an earlier date and time. it completely get rid of your problem. if you need help doing this, i can help you out. this happened to my wifes laptop, and son desktop. clicking on werid web sites. my son thought that our norton anitvirius picked it up and was fixing, which in fact he had let the worm in. Hi,
Havn`t got it fixed yet, I`m a total beginner and really don`t want to mess it up anymore. If you could help me that would be fantastic, I`d prob need instructions as ifyou were giving them to a 5 year old!!
I would really appreciate any help you can give me to fix this.

I have the same problem with the lsas.blaster.keyloger, I signed up for the full version of spywaredoctor, no help. I then went to web site 411spyware.com, followed the instructions but ws unable to remove it at the taskmgr prompt as I rt clicked to end process and it said it was a critical program and cluld not be deleted.
Would appreciate any help

It must be a fake antivirus that is forcing you to buy it. its a rogue spyware that mostley appears with diffrent names like ANTIVIRUS 2009, XP ANTISPYWARE, VIRUS REMOVER 2008, VIRUS RESPONS LAB etc. it has many diffrent names to trap users, these a days it uses ANTIVIRUS PRO 2010 and ANTIVIRUS 360. these all fake antiviruses are rogue spyware, a clone from ANTIVIRUS 2009.
Antivirus 2009 is an unwanted program, from the authors of Antivirus 2008 . (it has many clones like antivirus 2010, antivirus 360, virus responselab 2009, ultimate antivirus etc). These applications have resembling interface and "features". After stealth installation, Antivirus 2009 will show tonns of fake spyware\adware detection messages and offers to remove reported threats (after you purchase commercial version). But in real Antivirus 2009 is not a spyware cleaner, it's just an imitation of spyware remover. Antivirus 2009 can also slow your computer and cause system errors and crashes. I deleted all of the number files in safe mode and I tried to do a system restore. I get past selecting a date and hit next, but nothing happens.
The shiel is gone, but at the bottom right of my computer, I have a circle w/ a x. when you put your mouse over it a window comes WARNING SECURITY report. Your computer is infected! It is recommented to start speware cleaner tool.

Also on my desktop, y screen is black w/ a window
