Wind XP sp3 not start after soft Installation

Hello,
I have genuine windows XP SP3 in good working with a Theme of Vista Transformation pack 9. After some time I have installed Ex Next Generation SS1.5 client version (Accounting software) on my PC that required in changes in Autoexe.bat. My PC could not start after prompting of rebooting after software installation. Safe Mode did not also start. Then I used Win XP CD for windows repairing but it did not prompt for repairing & installed a fresh Windows XP SP2 at C:\windows.0. Now I surface a dual booting of windows XP, so you please help me that how can I repair previous windows.

Configuration: Windows XP SP3 (with Vista Transformation pack 9 )
Internet Explorer 7.0

Try start safemode in command prompt. Check if you get a indication whitch file it can't initialize. I had the same trouble because of a file that deamon tools had installed for virtual drive. When i checked up on the file that made the problem i used windows cd and used repair console or what it called to get into a dos console, can use any other boot cd for this also i guess. from there i deleted the file making trouble. Started windows and installed another deamon tools without any further problems.

We are dealing in TCS EX NextGeneration Software and support for it. There is no requirement in changes in Autoexe.bat. This software will work fine on any operating system.

I have contact details of EX Next Generation. & I have very excellent knowledge in EX software
as well as System Administrator also if any chances is there regarding jobs at Singapore please give me an opportunity. U can use me as all rounder. Like Accountant, Hardware, Software, Networking as well as Excellant skills in MIS reports to Corporate office.

Now i am working for Tata Steel Limited, Channal partner presentaly drawings are 55K including everything.
and also offer at Singapore for SG$3000/- at Sembanag Group. Already my cousin working with them at SG$3500/-
