Hello,
my pc is suffers from new folder.exe
i tried many antivirus to remove it but it couldn't.
plz help me.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

I have reed your suggestion of deleting New Folder.exe


there u write to delete "svichossst.exe" file. please tell me how to delete that file

Download LATEST ESET antivirus and update antivirus
scan the pc remove the newfolder.exe virus

This virus is a pain in the wrong place
There were some advices saying Microtrend house call will clear this, which never works.

Yesterday I got the Trojan remover 6.7.8 - free 30 day trial version, which cleared this virus from my PC

U guys can try this trojen

I also got that kind of virus and because of that i cant even update my anti-virus..
,,my uncle tried to format it but C:\ or D:\ can't be detected..
what should i do?
should i buy a new hard disk??

No need.....
just keep connection to the harddisk correctly and check upto the harddisk detected.....
this is happend due to wrong connection that's it......

Hi!
I also use a NOD32 Antivirus 4.0 yes it will help to not spread the folder .exe and if i plug in my usb they have .exe folder even i make format already and plug in again they have .exe folder please hepl me to solve my problem thnx in advance

Look,it is simple to remove newfolder.exe
try this out,
first ur computer is always is infected bye virus so it does not allow u to install any anti virus,so
1)install new windows which windows can support
2)and then without opening anything program,instal kaspersky anti virus only from CD,(do not use hard drive to install)
3)and after u install,if u have serial key then activate and if u don't have then activiate
4)then kaspessky anti requires restart and then
5) and don't open my computer but first press right click to my computer and then explore it and inthe left side u will see ur infected drives(d:,e:)and then with out opening that drive,scan with kaspersky and it will finds,and u don't need to update to remove it,just do it and follow this procedure,if it still does'nt goes then reply me,
