Hello,

This is an ongoing problem from my post 2/15/08 (Outlook 2003 Won't Receive). So far I have tried to repair Outlook, Detect and Repair and changed my server time out. Nothing has solved my receiving. So I uninstalled Outlook and went to reinstall it and it says it requires a CD. I have a recovery drive (D//:) and it should get the application from there, but doesn't seem to want to do that as it keeps asking me for my CD to reload. What can I do?
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hai

You didn't respond to my last reply in your original post. And you didn't mention if you removed the email account from Outlook and then added it back in.

What is located on your "Recovery" Drive ? Did you copy the Office 2003 to that location? you'll need the contents of the Office 2003 to reinstall, whether it's from the CD, Or another folder to which you copied the files on the CD.
