Hai
I do not have such an issue with my good old Boston Acoustics BA7900 5.1 setup & Realtek's ALC8838 channel intergrated audio on my GA-965P-DS3. And while I do not have an Intel Board, I know Vista doesn't have a problem with 8-channel audio. You need to make sure you have the correct drivers installed for the Sigma Tel STAC9247D audio codec on your D975XBX2 & ensure that you have the speakers connected correctly. You also need to ensure that the sound properties in Vista is set to 5.1 channel before you test for sound. Thanks in Advance, |
