Black Screen and won't go in safe mode f8/f5

All started I want to test my 40" Samsung LCD. I unpluged my 17" monitor from my desktop PC with nVidia video card. The I have issue with black screen after reboot. Now I have unplug the nVidia video card and plug my 17" monitor back to onboard gigabyte motherboard and still having the same issue. I read the forum and tried to boot in safe mode, but neither f8 or f5 will get me into the safe mode. Pleaaaase help.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
