Hi,
you can create a Desktop Shortcut to display Properties
for this, try the steps below:

Click "Start" > "Control Panel".
If the Control Panel is in "Category View", first click "Appearance and Themes"

Right-click on the "Display" Icon and then click "Create Shortcut".

Click the "Yes" button.

An icon labelled "Shortcut to Display" should appear on your desktop.

For even easier access to Display Properties, you can drag the desktop shortcut to your Quick Launch bar.
