Thin client os intallation...help??

Hello,
hi evryone...i have a thin client given to me by my best friend,the one with the monitor and built in cpu,it does not have any cd rom or usb in it...it has an xp embbeded os but its kinda restricted..i want to install a new operating system,,maybe xp sp2 or any os available..how can i do that???

pls help me...ive had it months now...any advice will be well apreciated...
