Explorer.exe error then systray icons disappe

Hello,
This was originally deleted for not complying with respect rules or something like that. I re-posted it because I'm not sure how to rewrite it any different. I do not see this particular moderator in the moderators list so I do not know how to contact and 'fix the error of my ways'

I've read through some forums about people losing their desktop icons and system tray icons but I haven't got the 'total' problem.

I'll be working away and all of a sudden I'll get an explorer.exe error. Things will refresh and some of my systray icons are gone. Still running, I can see them in taskman but no icons.

The icons that disappear are random. Not specifically running apps or system icons...just random.

I saw something about a virus in one of the forums here that said to run Malwarebytes program to get rid of the Trojan.Vundo. I did...not found.

I currently run Spybot S&D and Antivir Personal. They find nothing.

When I reboot the problem goes away until another explorer.exe error.

Now, on top of that...I've got an error with a file.

In only one file....when I have thumbnail views...I get no titles to the folders....In only this one folder....all other folders including sub folders have the titles...this just started happening today and it's driving me nutso.

I've checked all kinds of settings but nothing fixes it.

Any help on these 2 issues would be Greatly Appreciated.
