I cannot do anything to reboot or fix it or use safe mode to trobleshoout the problem.
and I don't know how to use the secondary monitor to display the screen to another monitor.
I tried to removed the battery once and I put it back on, it works for a while as normal startup but a few minute later goes black again.
I tried to shut the power and turn it on again over & over still no succeed.
please,help to solve this problem.
thank you very much.
Configuration: Windows XP

Have you ckeced your screens contrast, colour and brightness settings, and the setting of the graphics card, if this is not the problem it may be something to do with your battery if it work for a while the way you tried, such as your power options.
May not be much help, but good luck.
