Dell 1525 CD/DVD driver won't work

Hello,

my cd/dvd driver wont run - tried re-installing but get the message 'Driver software not successfully installed'. It used to work but now won't. Any ideas? Thanks.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.5

Try Sstem Restore to the more recent point where ur driver was working. http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/...

Have some photo cds ,were made on another computer
tried inserting them in my new Dell computer ,they just pop out again.
Studio Hybrid model 140g. Thank You
